Our daily fees are $174.34 for Cuddle Cubs (0–2 years) and Tiny Tigers (2–3 years), and $170.17 for Jungle Explorers (3–6 years).
However, most families pay between $20 and $60 per day after CCS and Start Strong Fee Relief. Your exact gap fee depends on your income, your CCS percentage, and how many days your child attends. Click the calculator button below to estimate your specific out-of-pocket cost.
All fees are fully inclusive — meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, sunscreen, and complete access to our Steps to Shine curriculum are covered with no hidden extras.
Yes. All meals, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack are prepared fresh on-site following Munch & Move nutritional guidelines. Nappies, wipes, sunscreen, and all learning materials are also included in the daily fee. Families are not required to bring food, formula, or supplies unless medically specified.
Fees are charged weekly and collected via automatic direct debit. Families receive itemised invoices through their OWNA account and can track payments, CCS entitlements, and gap fees in real time. Our team is available to assist with any fee or subsidy enquiries at any time.
No bond and no notice period for your first month. It gives your family complete confidence to try us without any huge commitment upfront. From the 2nd month, standard terms apply — a bond and four weeks notice — so we both have time to plan.
Little Jungle Early Learning Centre operates Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm, 52 weeks per year. We are closed on NSW public holidays only. Families requiring care outside standard operating hours are encouraged to contact our team directly to discuss their specific needs.
Little Jungle accepts children from 6 weeks of age through to 6 years, or until they commence primary school. Our three rooms — Cuddle Cubs (0–2), Tiny Tigers (2–3), and Jungle Explorers (3–6) — are designed to support each specific developmental stage with age-appropriate environments and qualified educators.
Children who are unwell must not attend the centre in line with our Illness and Exclusion Policy and NSW Health guidelines. Fees are still applicable on sick days; however, families receiving the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) are entitled to a set number of allowable absences per year under their entitlement.
Daily updates, learning observations, photos, and developmental documentation are shared through the OWNA app in real time. Educators also connect with families at drop-off and pick-up. We send regular newsletters and host community events throughout the year to keep families closely connected to centre life.
Little Jungle operates a coded secure entry system and CCTV monitoring across the centre. Access is restricted to authorised families and staff at all times. Identification is verified for any new authorised pick-up, and unauthorised collection of children is strictly not permitted under our Child Protection Policy.
Our Steps to Shine Curriculum is aligned with Australia's Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0 and the National Quality Standard (NQS). It integrates Montessori methodology and Reggio Emilia pedagogy across all three rooms, supporting holistic development in literacy, numeracy, STEM, creative arts, and social-emotional learning.
Little Jungle maintains educator-to-child ratios in full compliance with the Education and Care Services National Regulations (NSW): 1:4 in Cuddle Cubs (0–2 years), 1:5 in Tiny Tigers (2–3 years), and 1:11 in Jungle Explorers (3–6 years). These ratios are maintained at all times during operational hours.
Every educator at Little Jungle holds an approved qualification under the Education and Care Services National Law. All educators hold current Working With Children Checks, have completed National Child Protection Training, and more.
