Little Jungle Early Learning Centre respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
It covers this website only. If your child is enrolled with us, the information we hold about your family is covered by our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, which is available in the OWNA app or from reception.

What we collect
When you fill in a form. Our tour enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email address, your child's age, when you would like care to start, and your preferred tour date and time. There is also an optional field for anything else you would like us to know.
We only ask for what we need to contact you and arrange a tour. You do not have to give us anything else, and we do not ask for your child's name, health information or any government identifiers through this website.
When you browse. Like most websites, we collect some information automatically:
- Pages you visit and how long you spend on them
- The device, browser and approximate location you are visiting from
- How you arrived at the site, including whether you clicked an advertisement
- Recordings of how you move through and interact with pages
That last one is worth being clear about. We use a tool called Microsoft Clarity, which records mouse movements, clicks and scrolling so we can see where people get stuck. It does not record anything you type into a form, and it does not identify you.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange your tour
- To send you a confirmation of your booking
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not
- To measure whether our advertising is working
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Who else handles it
Your form submission passes through services we use to run the site:
- EmailJS delivers the enquiry to our team and sends your confirmation. EmailJS is based in the United States, so your enquiry is processed overseas.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- OWNA is our childcare management platform. If you follow a link to an OWNA enrolment or enquiry form, the information you enter there is handled under OWNA's own privacy policy.
- Elfsight displays our Google reviews on the home page. It loads from Elfsight's servers and may set its own cookies when the page loads.
- Google Maps shows our location on the home and Find Us pages. The map is an embedded Google service and is covered by Google's privacy policy.
- CCS Checker powers the subsidy estimate on our Fees & CCS page. Figures you enter there are processed by CCS Checker to produce the estimate; we never see them.
For analytics and advertising we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel. These use cookies and may process data outside Australia.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to remember your preferences and to measure how the site is used.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though we will lose the ability to see which pages are helping families and which are not.
You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up with your family, and no longer than two years after your last contact with us unless your child enrols.
Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings, generally between 14 and 26 months.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. Enquiry emails go to monitored centre accounts. Our website is served over an encrypted connection. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it.
No system is completely secure. If something goes wrong and your information is at risk, we will tell you and take the steps the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your enquiry from our records

Children
This website is for parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and nothing on this site is directed at them.
If you are not happy
Talk to us first. Most things are a misunderstanding and we would rather fix it than have you take it further.
If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes
We will update this page if what we collect changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
