Experience: 10+ Years
Kary founded Little Jungle with a clear purpose: to build a childcare centre in Dundas grounded in integrity, genuine care, and educational excellence. A Diploma-qualified educator with 10+ years of experience, Kary is currently completing her Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) degree. Her philosophy is simple — every child deserves an environment where being brave, curious, and kind is celebrated every single day.

Sharnie
Experience: 20+ Years
Sharnie brings over 20 years of early childhood experience to her role as Centre Manager at Little Jungle. Currently completing her Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) degree, Sharnie leads the daily operations of our Dundas centre with a focus on professional excellence, family communication, and building a culture where every child feels a genuine sense of belonging from their very first day.

Nanda
Experience: 20+ Years
Nanda is a Diploma-qualified Room Leader with over 20 years of experience in long day care across NSW. Her practice is grounded in responsive caregiving and attachment theory — believing that emotional security is the essential foundation for all learning. Nanda's calm, consistent presence gives children the confidence to explore, take risks, and develop at their own individual pace.

Taylor is a Diploma-qualified Room Leader with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She approaches every day through the lens of play-based learning — transforming children's natural interests into intentional, curriculum-aligned experiences. Taylor maintains environments that are simultaneously stimulating and calm, where children feel free to explore, create, and express their unique personality without hesitation.

Vicki brings over 10 years of experience to her role as Co-Educator at Little Jungle. She is known for her consistent, joyful presence — showing up the same way every day so that children feel genuinely secure and supported. Vicki believes that positive energy is not incidental to great childcare — it is the foundation of it, and she brings it deliberately.

Lolita brings 15 years of early childhood experience across Hong Kong and Australia, with a deep understanding of what children need as they grow toward academic readiness. She builds confidence gradually through clear routines, visual cues, and a calm consistency that children quickly learn to trust. Her approach is warm and unhurried, but purposeful — children in her room always know what to expect, and that clarity is what helps them thrive and move forward with confidence.

Rita comes to Little Jungle with two years of experience in early childhood education and her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. She's a steady, reliable presence in the room — someone the children quickly get to know and feel comfortable with. She works alongside her team to create a space where little ones feel settled and ready to explore. She doesn't force interaction — she lets children come to her, and they always do.
